In March of 2020, I was living in a small Copenhagen apartment. I had followed friends who were studying abroad and got a job in the city. When COVID-19 took over, their university had them go back to the US, and I stayed behind.
Forced to stay inside as we all were, I navigated the strange emptiness of my apartment, documenting from my window the quietness of the quarantine and the small signs of life in its midst.
